I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say how much we enjoyed last week in Chalet Rachael. Each year we come back and usually have a few different people in our group who haven’t used Alpine before. I don’t think any of them quite believe what I tell them the service is going to be like and each year they are blown away, this year was no different for the 2 people that hadn’t been with us before! It was great to see familiar faces again with Richie and Scott, also bumping into Chris ( Peppa) in the Ski Lodge. We were looked after brilliantly by Courtney and Sophie all week. We told her a lot but please make sure you tell Courtney how pleased we were with the food, she was amazing. She also got top marks for her cake baking…we’re keeping a little leaderboard of your chef’s each year. Its great to see you guys growing year on year but still maintaining the fantastic service and feel to the business. Starting to look at next years trip now and thinking we will be going back to Peppa, probably our favourite out of the ones we’ve done. I’m firming up numbers and will be back to you soon

I have to say that having stayed at other similar catered chalets in recent years, this was perhaps the best experience and is a view shared by the whole party. Without doubt, the level of service provided by Sally particularly went above and beyond expectations and Meg also whilst not as customer facing as Sally was first class. The food provided by Matt was of a very high service, amazing and provided another highlight of our stay. The attention to detail demonstrated by Sally was first class, nothing was too much trouble and without doubt she made the stay in your wonderful chalet an experience to remember. In summary, we are already talking about booking Chalet Dulcis Casu for the same week next year which I think demonstrates how impressed we were with your service. I would also like to thank you personally for helping out with the arrangements before departure, I’m not the best with on line bookings and your patience was very much appreciated.

The location and chalet just worked so well for us, and we found the combination of self-catering, the pre-arrival shopping service, and the housekeeping was just the perfect combination for our needs. It was so good, that we want to secure it for the same week next year!

To sum up: Izzy and Alex were fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they were kind and lovely. Jamie’s cooking was out of this world, so much better than we’d hoped! It was a real highlight for us. And the drivers were also wonderful, we didn’t realise how useful it would be to be able to call them at a moment's notice and get a lift to or from the slopes! Special mention has to go to Billy - he picked up one of us to go back to the slopes to look for their watch, and insisted on coming out with him to find it in the snow! (They did find it!) above and beyond for service. The concierge service was fantastic, thanks so much from a very happy bunch!

Our Christmas was just magical - the foot or so of snow that fell just before Christmas day, followed by the days of sunshine just made for a perfect white Christmas and ski holiday combined. Our chalet hosts Chris and Lucy were fabulous. I'll never forget arriving at the chalet in the evening and seeing the twinkling tree and the candlelit table, all set for dinner and glasses of pink prosecco on offer. After our flight and journey it was just such a welcome. Chris's menu was a great fit for our whole party - a mixed group aged from 9 months to 87 years old - and my mum (who i usually goes for more plain food) just loved trying all his creations. The little play room in Chalet Peppa was perfect for our littlest party member - a lovely safe place to play and have a book read to him and one or two tv shows watched in there too. The driver service was impeccable. Thanks so much - we look forward to booking with you again. You got us off to the wonderful start Sophie, thinking of everything we might need and anticipating all that so well. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are keen to book again for next new years!

From the excellent pre-concierge service and reliable transfer companies to the outstanding food and hospitality provided by Sam and Danny. The chalet was stunning and ideally located near the gondola. We were fortunate enough to experience a heavy snowfall which provided for some great skiing. This was a family trip with eight adults, and with my mum not being in the best health, it was such a comfort to have kind and attentive hosts like Danny and Sam who took great care of us all. The food was exceptional—the best we’ve had. Danny is an amazing chef. The driver service was excellent also, Ethan was very friendly and helpful. This is a trip we will cherish and remember forever. Thank you to you and your team for making it so special! I hope the rest of the season goes well. I attached photos of some of the delicious meals we got to enjoy.

Can I just give a massive big up to your team. We have done many high end ski holidays but this was by far the best and by a pretty big margin. The service was amazing but in a relaxed, friendly way that made you feel so at home – a difficult balance for people like us who love the luxury of a break. The snow was so good and the chalets are gorgeous but what really made our holiday was your people. The drivers were universally happy, friendly and Uber helpful (and extremely quick!!) – what a service. And sam and Danny are a genuine find – we felt so looked after but at the same time so relaxed and at home.

Our family of 5 stayed at Chalet Becca. It was truly a magical vacation and the chalet was a huge part. Sue and Pete helped manage this property; and I can not say enough about them. They truly went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The chalet itself is a 2-second - yes, 2-second! - ski to the La Tania lift. Fab week with family and friends: 5 adults & 5 teenage kids staying in The Loft 1650. We ate at Petit Savoyard, Copina & Portetta, all of which were as good as always... The Loft offers great views across to 1850 & beyond. This was our 5th visit with Alpine Escape for 8 out of the 10 in our group, so that must say something.

My wife booked this trip for 6 adults and 4 children. Sophie in the Alpine Escape office organised the lift passes, ski lessons and transfer from the airport. Nothing was too much hassle and it really makes booking a holiday stress free. Our host and chef, Harry and Charlie, are a huge credit to any company and are well educated mature “very” young adults. The food is on par with any fine dining and our host Harry ensured the wine and beers were flowing. Thank you for making our week so special and best of luck for the future.

We had the best time ever. The chalet is beautiful, and the facilities were superb: sauna, hot tub, games room, music speakers. The hosts were perfect for us. Emma and Craig our hosts anticipated our every need. It really is the icing on the cake of your holiday when you feel so welcomed and cared for and thought about. Bradley our chef was an absolute artist, day after day, meal after meal we were astonished by the components in his masterpieces. The free flowing wine and beer was much appreciated in these times of rising costs. The extra touches like cheese board with port, hand made chocolates, robes, pool towels all stand this company into a class of their own. I can’t recommend them and this chalet more highly. We’ve been going to La Tania for about 12 years. This was our best chalet there. Thank you Alpine Escape’s

A perfect home for a family skiing holiday. Richard, our chef (has worked in Michelin starred restaurants and it shows in his cuisine), and hosts Lou and Tania could not be faulted. The hot tub was great for soaking those weary muscles after a day on the slopes. The team catered for our every whim (small children included) and we felt we had made new friends by the end of the week.

I have to say, you have an excellent team starting with Lucy organising the pre-holiday arrangements, through to your Resort Reps , Emily, Scott, and finally, but certainly not least, our two wonderful Chalet chefs, Glen and Bethan. It’s very obvious that all the staff are well looked after which, I think makes all the difference. The highest praise has to go to Bethan and Glen – they are fantastic chefs – creating the most delicious meals – never a duplication over the three weeks period – something I think they enjoyed preparing , and certainly we enjoyed eating ! Again with them, nothing was ever too much trouble. Overall, a magnificent five star holiday. Thank you so much.

We all had a fabulous stay in La Tania at Chalet Elangeni and are already missing the fresh alpine air – not the sore ski knees though! I have had quite a few fully catered chalet weeks in France now and have to say that Alpine Escape were really first class. Your whole team were amazing from the pre-holiday support to the service in resort. I have to say that Toby surpassed himself with his menu – all our food was to die for. Grace and Phoebe were equally absolutely super too, looking after everyone so well and the chalet was always clean, tidy and generally maintained so well.

All of the Alpine Escape staff are always so friendly and very happy to help with any requirements from the start of booking to the end of our trip. We were very pleasantly surprised with the ski conditions considering the lack of snow this year, always a massive bonus.

We had a wonderful stay with Alpine Escapes as usual, We use Alpine Escapes due to the excellent service – particularly the loyalty and recognition to us as long standing customers, well equipped and comfortable chalets and especially the high quality, excellent food and wines. We always receive excellent, high quality, fine dining food, this is one of the stand out aspects for Alpine Escapes, and this year this was raised to another level with the amazing cooking of our chef Toby. The evening meals were outstanding as were the breakfasts, with the best variety in the mornings we have ever had. I would like to say that the whole experience was a complete triumph. Everything was a complete success. The accommodation was beautiful and a special thanks to the chalet staff. Sarah, Howell and Irene were magnificent the food and presentation were exceptional. They made our stay even more relaxed and comfortable than expected.
