A good catered chalet holiday should revolve around three things (aside from amazing skiing!) – gorgeous chalets, slick service and food with the wow factor.
In each of our catered chalets we have a qualified chef who has trained in fine dining and will be on hand 5 days during your stay to cook your meals. Our chef team comes from some of the hottest restaurants around, including many with Michelin stars!
You can expect a hearty, healthy breakfast, indulge in a slice of tasty homemade cake in the afternoon, and sit down to a delicious and imaginative four-course meal served alongside wines from our carefully selected list.
Gourmet Food Served
Indulge in a symphony of delicious food
The luxury of a catered chalet is that you’ll have five of your evening meals included within the price of your chalet, meaning that no-one needs to shop, scrub the kitchen or spend time slaving over a hot stove.
On five evenings during your week our chefs will create a menu to rival most of the local restaurants, showing off their culinary imagination with canapes, starter, main course, cheese and dessert.
You’ll also have two evenings free to dine in the local restaurants.
Handpicked Wine Selection
It’s a serious business, choosing wine for our chalet guests! We use a specialist supplier called Verre Gourmand who host regular tastings so that we can choose interesting and delicious wines to complement our chef’s creations and make sure that our team are well trained in how to serve our wines.
House wines
You’ll have your pick of sparkling wine, whites and reds to help yourselves to during your stay. This is alongside the bottled beers and soft drinks that are readily available in the complimentary bar.
Dinner wines
Each day, your host will serve the paired wines that the chef and sommelier have chosen to accompany the dishes on the menu. They’ll include bottles from all over France as well as other famous areas in Europe and the New World.

Your host and qualified fine dining chef will welcome you and ensure that you receive exceptional service and meals with the ‘wow’ factor during your stay. Luxury catered chalet service includes breakfast, afternoon tea and a five-course evening meal with our carefully chosen selection of wines.
ON ARRIVAL DAY
Toast the week with Champagne and canapés around a roaring log fire, then take a seat at the candlelit table to enjoy the first of the chef’s creations and our handpicked selection of wines.
BREAKFAST
Choose from our generous breakfast selection which includes cooked options and more healthy choices. Or pastries! Nespresso or bean-to-cup coffee is available on tap throughout your stay.
AFTERNOON TEA
Homemade goodies are available on your return from skiing, so if you fancy a sweet treat then help yourselves to a slice of cake and a cuppa.
DINNER
Using quality ingredients and a whirl of culinary creativity, your chef will provide you with a fine dining experience in the comfort of your chalet, five nights of the week. Wines that have been chosen by our sommelier will accompany your meal. In addition, we have accumulated a definite guide to three Valleys dining. Driver
In La Tania, an in-resort driver will be available during the day to take you to and from the slopes or village, upon request.
Special Requests
Email or call us if you have any special requests for your stay, eg. for a birthday/anniversary treats, activity bookings, massage or beauty treatments etc.
Housekeeping
As well as fabulous food, our catered service includes daily housekeeping and keeping the chalet ship-shape during your stay. Towels are changed midweek. Our hot tubs are fully maintained, all you have to do is enjoy them!
Concierge
Of course you can ask your knowledgeable host for any information you may need, but when you’re out and about or when the host is not available, our all-day concierge service is available for bookings, recommendations or for any further information. Don’t hesitate to get in touch
Ski Passes
If you order your ski passes through us they will be ready and waiting for you in your chalet upon your arrival. Our concierge team will be in contact well in advance to help organise this with you.
Transfers
If you’d like, we will help arrange your transfers for you and your party through our list of local, reputable transfer companies.
Equipment Hire
Our recommended provider offers a great mobile delivery service. By pre-booking online, the equipment will get delivered to your chalet ready for your first day on the slopes and you will also receive a 20% discount on the shop prices.
Little Extras
We provide quality linen, towels, robes, 100% natural botanical toiletries from Bramley and lip balms from Albus & Flora.
Relax and Unwind
An Alpine Escape catered chalet offers the ultimate in luxury when choosing your accommodation for your ski holiday. After a day on the slopes, you want to be able to go back to your accommodation and relax with afternoon tea or a glass of wine, without the stress of cooking your own meal or trying to find a restaurant.
Luxury Natural Bathroom Products
In your bathroom you’ll find a selection of natural bathroom products from Bramley, made using British botanicals. They are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. We’ve also treated each guest to an SPF30 lip balm from Albus & Flora – a local brand using naturally soothing ingredients which are non-melting and non-freezing!
Revitalising Massages
Why not ask our concierge to book a visit from a qualified therapist who will come to the chalet to provide you and your group with a sports or relaxation massage, depending on your needs. We work with several physiotherapists and masseurs/es who provide mobile services, some of whom specialise in ski-related muscular treatments whilst others are dedicated to indulgent relaxation and pampering.
