Housekeeping
As well as fabulous food, our catered service includes daily housekeeping and keeping the chalet ship-shape during your stay. Towels are changed midweek. Our hot tubs are fully maintained, all you have to do is enjoy them!
Concierge
Of course you can ask your knowledgeable host for any information you may need, but when you’re out and about or when the host is not available, our all-day concierge service is available for bookings, recommendations or for any further information. Don’t hesitate to get in touch
Ski Passes
if you order your ski passes through us they will be ready and waiting for you in your chalet upon your arrival. More on passes here.
Transfers
If you’d like, we will help arrange your transfers for you and your party through our list of local, reputable transfer companies.
Equipment Hire
Our recommended provider offers a great mobile delivery service. By pre-booking online, the equipment will get delivered to your chalet ready for your first day on the slopes and you will also receive a 20% discount on the shop prices. Find out more here.

We provide quality linen, towels, robes, 100% natural botanical toiletries from Bramley and lip balms from Albus & Flora.
