Have a read through some truly wonderful feedback from our 20th season in the Three Valleys, many of our guests return year after year to enjoy our wide range of chalets and try out new chefs.
Well done to all our chalet teams, drivers, pre concierge ladies and of course to our fantastic resort support team who are mentioned many times by our lovely guests!

Can I just give a massive big up to your team. We have done many high end ski holidays but this was by far the best and by a pretty big margin. The service was amazing but in a relaxed, friendly way that made you feel so at home – a difficult balance for people like us who love the luxury of a break from cooking and cleaning but can’t stand ‘snoot’, if that makes sense?
The snow was so good ( we were lucky!) and the chalets are gorgeous but what really made our holiday was your people. The drivers were universally happy, friendly and Uber helpful (and extremely quick!!) – what a service. And sam and Danny are a genuine find – we felt so looked after but at the same time so relaxed and at home. They were particularly amazing with the kids and were so thoughtful – they range from 8 to 13 so very different but they ‘got’ each of them and made sure they felt happy and at home (for example, the youngest in our party is a very fussy eater but a lovely boy and felt awful being ‘different’ and they were so kind and thoughtful in making sure he was always happy). They are such a dream team that my youngest (11) burst into tears last night and said she wanted to be back at the chalet with Sam and Danny. They absolutely made our holiday so please pass on our huge thanks again to them. Don’t let them go – they are genuinely worth their weight in gold.

We enjoyed a fabulous week in La Tania and were very well looked after by Scott and his team. Ben is certainly a talented young chef.
We would be open to booking for next year and would be pleased of any suggestions that you could offer.

We all had a fabulous stay in La Tania at Chalet Elangeni and are already missing the fresh alpine air – not the sore ski knees though!
I have had quite a few fully catered chalet weeks in France now and have to say that Alpine Escape were really first class. Your whole team were amazing from the pre-holiday support to the service in resort. I have to say that Toby surpassed himself with his menu – all our food was to die for. Grace and Phoebe were equally absolutely super too, looking after everyone so well and the chalet was always clean, tidy and generally maintained so well.

This was probably overall the best holiday, chalet, and service I have ever experienced. First off, Chalet Peppa is amazing: clean, spacious, smart, and a great location. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub.
My main reason for sending this message is to congratulate you on the incredible service we received from everyone at Alpine Escape. Chris was an amazing chef and a good laugh, and went above and beyond to serve us amazing food throughout the day. He was ably assisted by Zoe who is an absolute diamond. She is extremely professional, and a good advert for your company. She was always helping to make our stay a good one, and worked tirelessly with Chris. Also, all the other staff within the resort were equally as good; always prompt with giving lifts, and offering help and advice when needed. I particularly think that the support we are given on the non-catering days sets your company apart from others.
I am so impressed with you all and the service you provided us, and I would definitely use your company again. Thank you and best wishes for the remainder of the season and beyond.

I’m pleased to say that we had another wonderful stay with Alpine Escape. Ethan and Issie looked after us very well indeed. The chalet offered us everything we need despite us pushing it with our numbers.
All of the Alpine Escape staff are always so friendly and very happy to help with any requirements from the start of booking to the end of our trip.
We were very pleasantly surprised with the ski conditions considering the lack of snow this year, always a massive bonus.
We’re very much hoping to book with you for next year, just waiting on numbers to commit! I hope you and the team have a wonderful rest of the season and keep doing what you all do so well.
PART 2: We had another wonderful ski holiday with you guys last week. The only problem we have now is more people keep wanting to tag onto our holiday!

We had a fabulous week thank you and were very well looked after by Pat and Emma. The local team were also great and responsive as were the drivers. Excellent service all round!
We would be interested un returning next season but can’t see the prices on the website unless I’m looking in the wrong place! Please could you help and also send info regarding the loyalty bonus

Chalet Sophie 26/02/2023 (three week stay)
Fiona and I were there for three weeks, Andrew and Juliet for two and our other friends and family for a week at a time.
I have to say, you have an excellent team starting with Lucy organising the pre-holiday arrangements, then the referrals for the transfers with Andy Brown, through to your Resort Reps , Emily, Scott, and finally, but certainly not least, our two wonderful Chalet chefs, Glen and Bethan.
You can always tell when a company is well managed when something out of the ordinary happens and the Staff know what to do and how to help – as it did during the first week when one of our party suffered a very nasty skiing injury. Emily was a fantastic support and help for us – arranging taxis, telling us the procedure etc . Invaluable at that time.
Also, all your drivers who ferried us around the resort during the period were always very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They are a credit to you. It’s very obvious that all the staff are well looked after which, I think makes all the difference.
The highest praise has to go to Bethan and Glen – they are fantastic chefs – creating the most delicious meals – never a duplication over the three weeks period – something I think they enjoyed preparing , and certainly we enjoyed eating ! Again with them, nothing was ever too much trouble and, despite the heavy workload and long hours, they were invariably working to ensure that we had the most fantastic holiday.
Overall, a magnificent five star holiday. Thank you so much.

Just a short email to say a big thank you to your team this week. Sam and Danni were outstanding as host and chef, I think the best that we have ever had whilst on holiday with your company. They were very professional, provided great service and lovely food, tailoring it to our needs. They are a lovely couple and were a pleasure to be with during our short stay. The chalet is also lovely with a really practical and comfortable main area, we all enjoyed this very much. My wife said it was like having our own little five star hotel!
I should also say that your team of drivers and “angels” were all delightful, provided great service and all were really polite and cheerful. This on top of the great work by Sophie who dealt with the organisation of our trip.
Please will you pass on my (and my groups) thanks to your team who made our holiday really enjoyable?

We are just in our transfer now, we had a great week and were very impressed with Nicole and Ben they were excellent! Their attention to detail was amazing and we were really well looked after! The best chalet and hosts yet this year!

we had an incredible week skiing and the team in the Chalet , Clare and Harry were wonderful, we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome.
Clare’s food was second to none, her menu choices were perfect for us as a group, she took care and attention to make sure my autistic son had what he needed and nothing was too much trouble , she is a very talented creative chef and so very kind and welcoming. We miss her already!
Harry was warm , friendly and fun to have around , he was helpful and took care of us all. He made sure the chalet was always ready and welcoming for us after our day skiing and the evening the fire was always lit and the drinks flowing. What a great young man.
We really had the best time with Clare and Harry and definitely felt there were part of our crew by the time we left , take care of them they are awesome! They are an asset to the Alpine Escapes team for sure.

I would like to say that the whole experience was a complete triumph. Everything was a complete success. The accommodation was beautiful and a special thanks to the chalet staff. Sarah, Howell and Irene were magnificent the food and presentation were exceptional. They made our stay even more relaxed and comfortable than expected.
We will of course keep you in mind for any future outings to the Alps.

Thank you very much for your email, and yes we had a wonderful stay with Alpine Escapes as usual, I think this is our 6th or 7th time with you and every year is brilliant.
We use Alpine Escapes due to the excellent service – particularly the loyalty and recognition to us as log standing customers, well equipped and comfortable chalets and especially the high quality, excellent food and wines. We feel that we receive good value for money, including this year’s relaxed dining evening and the amazing food on the 5 catered days.
We always receive excellent, high quality, fine dining food, this is one of the stand out aspects for Alpine Escapes, and this year this was raised to another level with the amazing cooking of our chef Toby. Toby had just arrived for his first day working for you on our first day’s holiday, he was extremely personable and the service he provided discussing food options and preferences was great. The evening meals were outstanding as were the breakfasts, with the best variety in the mornings we have ever had, he fully delivered the Alpine Escapes ethos and the meals were definitely a highlight of our stay. Both Grace and Hugo looked after our every need and were easy to get one with, being there whenever we needed them but having the great personalities of never being intrusive.
