Working With Us

Have you dreamed of taking a break from the 9-5 to do a winter ski season?

About us…

Alpine Escape is an independent chalet company offering catered and self-catered ski chalets in the Courchevel resorts of the Three Valleys. The company was founded in 2003 by Jo & Neil Williams who still run the company today.

See our catered and self-catered boutique chalets situated in La Tania, Le Praz and Courchevel Moriond.

As anyone who has worked in hospitality knows, ‘happy staff mean happy customers’! As you’ll see from the rest of our website, we have beautiful chalets and talk a lot about our high service levels. We really mean it. Our guests have high expectations from their well-earned holiday and we need a team who can deliver on our promise.

You’ll be fully trained before guests arrive so that you’re up to speed with the standards required. Throughout the season, we’re always on hand for communication and support, meaning that you’ll be well-equipped to offer our guests the exceptional service they’re looking for.

About you…

We’re looking for driven, professional people who can help to give our holidays the ‘wow factor’. Whether you apply for Chalet Host, Chef, Housekeeper or Driver, you’ll need to be dedicated to providing excellent service at all times, going the extra mile for our guests.

– Our chefs are given a lot of autonomy with regards to cooking and menu design, and therefore must hold relevant qualifications and have experience in fine dining.

– Our hosts and drivers must be professional, hardworking and naturally welcoming: experience in hospitality and customer service is essential as is evidence of upholding high standards of service.

About La Tania & Courchevel

Courchevel La Tania

It may be part of the largest ski area in the entire world, but La Tania is a small, friendly resort and by the end of the season, you won’t be able to walk into the village without saying hello to several people on the way! We have 7 catered and 2 self catered chalets in resort.

The beauty of La Tania is that everything is within easy walking distance and the high speed bubble out of resort means little or no queuing.

Off the slopes, our staff tend to frequent the Chrome Bar and Pub Le Ski Lodge which stay open until the early hours and often have live bands playing. The Taiga has a more relaxed cocktail bar with a restaurant upstairs and also has a programme of live music. To explore further afield, a free bus service connects La Tania with Le Praz, Courchevel Moriond, Village and 1850.

Courchevel Le Praz

Imagine rooftops blanketed in snow, fairy lights twinkling in the trees and elegant restaurants set among rustic cobbled streets… Courchevel Le Praz is pretty as a picture. We have one catered and one self-catered chalet in this resort.

The vibe in Le Praz is that of an authentic mountain resort with homes and chalets mingled together creating a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. The many French tourists and locals who live in Le Praz mean that you’re more likely to need your ‘bonjours’ and ‘mercis’ than elsewhere in Courchevel.

There’s regular live music in the village and it’s easy to get around to the other resort villages using the free buses. The slopes down in to Le Praz are rarely crowded and within one lift you can be in La Tania or in Courchevel 1850.

Courchevel Moriond

The village is home to an eclectic collection of shops and a large choice of bars and restaurants. We have two self-catered chalets in this resort. Courchevel Moriond has a real buzz and a friendly atmosphere so it’s a great place to spend a winter. Moriond’s slopes are less of a thoroughfare than 1850 so there are very few lift queues and the lovely wide pistes are generally quiet. There’s easy access to 1850, Le Praz, Courchevel Village and La Tania – plenty of terrain to cover during time off!
