When booking an Alpine Escape holiday you have the freedom to choose your own routes and timings for your journey travelling to the Three Valleys. However we will help you if you’d like us to, so please don’t hesitate to ask.
We can help you to book flights and transfers, or if you prefer to drive then we can give you directions.
On arrival day, the chalet will be available from 16.00 and we kindly request that chalets are vacated by 10.00 on departure day so that our team have time to prepare the chalet for incoming guests.
Travelling To The Three Valleys By Air…
The closest airport to the Three Valleys is Chambéry. This small airport is a mere 1h15m transfer. The majority of our guests fly to Geneva. As a large airport there are many flight options from regional UK airports. The journey time to travel to the Three Valleys from Geneva is 2 hours. Grenoble is similarly around 2 hours journey time and Lyon is another option which is around 2h15 minutes away from resort.

Travelling To The Three Valleys By Road…
The Alps can be reached in around 9 hours from Calais via the autoroutes, which are straightforward and rarely busy with service stations or ‘aires’ located roughly every 20 minutes. From Moutiers (our nearest town), Courchevel La Tania, La Praz and Meribel are a mere 20 minutes.
From Calais take the autoroute A26 (Blue signs/toll roads) initially follow Paris then – Reims – Troyes – Lyon.
Just before Lyon pick up signs for Grenoble then Chambery – Albertville – Moutiers – Then take the road to Courchevel for La Praz and La Tania or The Meribel road to get to Meribel.
On your return it is even easier; follow signs for Lyon – Paris – Lille/Calais.
